The UX team at Ping Identity collaboratively developed the Astro design system and I was tasked to lead the open sourcing of the design system which resulted in myself and the members of the project team winning Pingy awards. A Pingy award is like an Oscar internally so it's a big deal. This was a cross-team effort involving UX designers and our front-end development teams to get all the components in a usable state on GitHub and Storybook while I primarily lead the website side of the project.
