Eventbrite // Promotional Tools
The intent of the Eventbrite widgets was to make it easier for event holders to promote their events on their websites and in turn drive a great deal more traffic back to Eventbrite. For SEO reasons the widgets were built entirely in HTML//CSS and worked cross-platform and cross-browser, including IE6. Icons for common services the widgets would be embedded into were listed across the bottom. When clicked these would generate appropriate embed code that worked for that particular service.
Calendar Widget
This was an embeddable widget that displayed a calendar of the event holder's events for placement on the event holder's website. The widget was built in HTML//CSS and enabled easy customization of the colors to match the website the widget was to be embedded into.
