PingID is a managed enterprise application and service, but for customers using PingOne that wanted to have their own authenticator, I worked with PM to create a stripped down "sample app" that customers could modify and submit to app stores themselves. Customers were provided with iOS and Android code projects for their developers to customize as they saw fit. This is the baseline offering and when I was developing the UI I made sure that it would be simple to change a few colors, add a logo and done. Customer could always do more, should they choose, but the goal was efficiency and low developer impact.
